Immunity boosting green Juice

Increase your immunity and energy with this amazing green juice.


Ingredients:


5 medium stalks of celery

1 medium cucumber

1 medium apple (preferably granny smith)

2 handfuls of spinach

1/2 inch ginger root

1/2 medium lemon


Note: You can also add 1/2 cup beet root or 1 carrot as well.


Directions:

Run everything through the juicer and enjoy. This juice is refreshing & energizing. It is best taken empty stomach in the morning or two hours after a meal. You can also use it to replace one of the meals of the day.
