Spicy Apple Grape Juice

Ingredients:

  • ½ pound Dark colored Grapes (seeded are better but kind will do)

  • One Large Granny Smith Apple (or any other kind that is available - Quartered)

  • 1/2 Inch Ginger root

  • 1/2 Lemon

  • Dash of Cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions: Wash the grapes and apple thoroughly. Run the quartered apples and grapes through the juicer. Add the ginger root and piece of lemon/lime in the juicer. Pour the juice in a tall glass and add a dash of cayenne pepper. Enjoy!

The tart green apples balances the sweetness in the grapes, while the ginger gives it a kick. This juices is loaded with antioxidants and live enzymes. Grapes, especially dark colored ones are extremely cleansing for the body, especially the lymphatic system.  

​Drinking an 8 oz glass of this heavenly juice in the morning can greatly help in cleansing the toxins. Avoid drinking more than recommended as it can result in stronger cleansing reaction.

​Note: Drink the juice immediately after making it for maximum benefit. If not drinking right away, store immediately in air-tight glass container and keep in refrigerator.
