Benjamin Franklin famously said “An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure”. Cleansing is one of tools that we must regularly use to prevent illnesses from happening in future. It could also be employed as a great tool to recover from many types of illnesses.
Just as a car needs routine servicing to ensure smooth running, our body also requires routine cleansing so it stays in good health and disease free.
Toxins are constantly entering our body through many channels. Our skin is porous with microscopic holes which allows many types of toxins to enter our body. Toxins also enter through our breath as well as through our mouth via food/drinks etc. Our body is blessed with excellent detoxification organs and systems which do a great job of making these toxins harmless.

What is a guided cleanse? It is not uncommon to experience detox symptoms (typically in the middle of the cleanse). The symptoms could include strong cravings for certain types of foods and drinks, bloating or constipation, emotions such as anger, sadness, bitterness etc, feeling cold and feverish etc. You need someone to guide you in such times. Someone who can answer questions, provide support and give tips to overcome the detox symptoms etc.
I conduct one-on-one and guided group cleanses with clients. While some look to lose weight while others are interested in reversing illnesses. A guided cleanse can last anywhere from 7 days to many months depending on the health needs. The longer the cleanse, the deeper the healing.

Which cleanse is best for me?
The type of cleanse one should go for really depends on several factors such as overall health condition, availability of time, patience, will power, support system at home/friends etc. On this website, you can choose between a individualized cleanse or a group cleanse. So choose the cleanse that you believe, you can complete easily.
When a cleanse might NOT be a good idea. One might have a very severe condition (e.g. cancer, heart condition, kidney condition, pregnancy etc.) where a cleanse might not be such a good idea (and a customized diet plan would be a better option) so it is always best to check with your doctor first before enrolling in a cleanse.
Reboot your life with a cleanse: The purpose of a cleanse should be to transition onto a very healthy diet and lifestyle. I always suggest to my clients to use a "Cleanse" to reboot / reset their current diet & lifestyle. I have found that many people after doing the cleanse start to eat very healthy and adopt many health promoting lifestyle habits.
